Q1 Reflection: Now that I’ve had the chance to touch almost all parts of the business, I find that I really enjoy user research, high-level marketing strategy, and product management. The nice thing about working in a small team is that you get to do everything since these functions are not yet siloed.

Nutrition: I was curious if body fat % would decrease without nutritional changes, but nope. My appetite with lifting increased a lot.
